Decentralized, bottoms up promo/marketing proposal

Holy Gardens Memorial Park - A Special Place for Remembering Loved Ones

In the past, marketing initiative were top down generated.  There were Holy Gardens Memorial park sites that hardly  took notice of these promos thus wasting the resources.

At the recent National General Staff Conference, it was the initiative of the invidual Holy Gardens unit that would count.  They will prepare their promos/ads that best suits their sbu.  Would this be more successful and doable?

What do we think.

2013 would be the most profitable year
