1. Treasury Assistant - in charge of daily reports on bank balances, master list of plots, FFE (assets of the company)

2. Accounting Assistants (in charge of abstracts) for Chapel Memorial Services and Interim Memorial Plan

3. HR Assistant and Operations Assistant. (Hired)

4 IT assistant to be in charge of IT infrastructure - hardware, systems, software and compliance by the operating units of the process.

For Majorem Lending:

1. Loan Assistant ( who can double as Business head.)

2. Accounting Assistants

At the branches:

1. Branch Managers for Calapan and La Union - to be charge of achievement of sales and collection targets, giving excellent interments and customer service and to achieve superior performance from the staff being managed;

2. Chapel Managers for La Union, Calamba and Pangasinan- to achieve sales target and give excellent chapel and memorial service. Shall be entitled to overriding commission and over riding commissions plus other incentives.

3. Regional Managers for Memorial Plan - to be in charge of a province area in achieving sales and collection target. Shall handle recruitment, training a motivation of sales executives in the assigned area. Shall be entitled to commission and Over riding Commissions (for future expansion; we are eyeing Laguna, Cavite, San Jose del Monte, and Pangasinan

1. HR/Administrative Assistant

Management/HR Behavioral Science major preferably with experience in hiring and training, good in oral and written communications. Those with previous work experience along the same filled preferred.

2. General accounting staff

Knowledge of preparing financial statements: cash flow, income statement, balance sheets, using excel, manual system or accounting software.

3. Treasury assistant

Detailed, meticulous, with working experience is cash management, bank transactions and record keeping

4. Records assistant/sales admin

Must know filing system, knowledgeable in typing correctly documents, and sending them to correct destination; 

Knowledge of social media and some selling preferred.

Executive Management Positions/Management Trainees
1. Marketing Coordinator

To plan direct sales and marketing activities; with knowledge about sales management and various marketing activities. Must have leadership qualities, good in planning, and execution/follow ups

2. Chief Marketing Officer Trainees

Must have supervised for a least a year 3 or more staff; some knowledge of marketing, human relations, execution and running a sales organization. Experience preferred. Will run and direct a memorial park unit in the province and help this attain its objectives

1.  Customer Service Specialists:  (at the Single Business Unit) needed at HAMP (Morong Rizal), Calapan (Oriental Mindoro), Oton (Iloilo)

     Is to be assigned at the single business unit in the province.  Shall arrange for the event of the deceased preparing for the memorialization which include convoy arrangement, interment, ceremonies, and documentation.  Residents of the service area are preferred as candidates.   Must not be afraid of the deceased, is hard working and willing to work unusual hours.  This is a challenging job to practice empathy, working with people, and challenge associated with the same

2  Marketing Professional  (SBU)  needed at San Fernando La Union

Shall assist the SBU achieve its sales objective.   Must be determined and hard working and is willing to learn and implement the basics of sales and sales management:   prospecting, qualifying, setting appointments, sales presentation, tripping and closing.  Must be inspiring and motivating.

3  Finance and accounting specialist  (needed at Calapan and Oton)

      Shall handle the accounting and finance functions in the Single Business Unit:    a/r, ap, cash management, furniture and fixtures, inventories (materials) deposit and daily cash operation.

Compensation:     more than the salaries at the wage regions, performance evaluation (for promotion every six moths)  standard benefits mandated by law, incentives that are variable from time to time.
