In my discussion with the chief of Holy Gardens Iloilo, she said that she had only 3 sales because her agents deserted her because of express commission for the P550.00 ma. When you analyze this:
1. The said agent of the competitor gets only P150.00 per P550 per month. Which is about P1,550 per 10 accounts. She gets lower than the 10% of P40,000 tlp which we give which is roughly P4,000.
2. To keep her rate up, she makes P550.00 payment for fictitious account to keep her commission rate up. Eventually the P550.00 MA misses out and is forfeited. The agents hard earned money goes back to the developer.
3. People of Oton buy Holy Gardens for eventual use; and the this MP in San MIguel for investment. But this is so far away. The development has barely begun, and the service is so so.
It is so far away from Oton some 10 kms away and inconvenient for both marketers and buyers
