During the weekend, this author went to a progressive city in Region 2 to help ignite the fire in the hearts of the sales force of a friend memorial park. I would like to call them Forest Rangers.
And they are on fire after our sales meeting!
We will see how they exceed themselves after this meeting and the memorial park owner see again sales in their white board.
Incentives for attending the sales meeting and recruiting
Offhand, there are now 6 sales manager and many of them earned on just attending the sales meeting, and bringing in a recruits. Those who brought recruits are now sales manager whose rate is 10%. Come and join the fun.
There were two Marias, and two Rowenas, and 3 very young joiners. It is nice feeling that you are giving livelihood in their own community without leaving the country. I wish we were successful in motivating, igniting them to be a success in selling.
I witnessed some singing by the group and many them sing well. Mr Vic Puyat of Loyola Memorial Park and tests the motivation of his staff by playing the piano (which he does well) and asked his staff to sing. The idea is if you cant sing which should be fun, you cant do the hard stuff.
All of the sales manager sang. They can do the fun part, and the hard part of selling as well.
We are positive, as the owners are and the Sales Managers are, that there will be sale this coming week
