    If you're a good salesperson, you can sell anything to anyone once. But it will be your approach to customer service that determines whether or not you’ll ever be able to sell that person anything else. The essence of good customer service is forming a relationship with customers – a relationship that that individual customer feels that he would like to pursue.

  2. Customer Service requires hard work, focus and dedication, through giving full satisfactions and delight to our customer we already given our part to serve them. We are a servant to our customers and through our care, concerns and commitment we are now nearer to our main value proposition which is to help people in their bereavement. To my part, I will serve my customer very well which is the SBU. To process the payable on time and also i will do the initiative to do the sympathy calls and sympathy cards to our customer since i am also the one doing the interment monitoring.
