For every lot that were sold, P150.00 were being save for the Feeding Program to sustain it on a monthly basis.  We wanted our young generation to be more healthy and nourished so that they will be able to understand more their lessons and become the future of the world. We are fulfilling our Principle # 5: We recognize the impact of corporate activities in the community where it operate and therefore to contribute in the promotion of the well-being of the community.

Be with us in fulfilling this.  Let us sell more,  to feed more.

Studies being made for other memorial parks

Holy Gardens Memorial Park - A Special Place for Remembering Loved Ones

We were invited to do several studies for other memorial park sites:

l.  In Catbalogan Samar -  It is 8 hectare property that is hilly and rolling.  My classmate, who is lawyer  had his son accompany us to the property site.  The site is some 3 km from the Catbalogan city proper coming from Tacloban right before the diversion to Calbayog city.  There are informal settlers at the site.   Of the 8 hectare total area, only 2 hectares can be developed at reasonable cost.

The population of Catbalogan is placed at 90,000 and the current cemetery (at the opposite side of the hill) is now crowded.  The key here is the son of my classmate who used to work at the US, to be interested to take on the project.  My classmate just had a stroke prior to the trip.

A low cap ex requirement/ capitalization of 2 million can start the project, granted the COO would be interested.

Last night, there was strong earthquake that jolted Easter Samar registering 7.9 magnitude.

2.  City in the south  -  It is a one hectare property located in one of the exits of SLEX;   heavily populated, right close to an Independent church cemetery.  The plan is for a 3 storey chapel crematorium, body crypt complex.  Some units shall be donated to the municipality for social purposes.  The COO, an architect is interested in the project.  A major memorial services company, a leader in memorialization can be a partner for the project (to run the 10 room chapel)  The 3 storey complex which will have total gross area of 6,000 sm would require funding of  P90 million. This will be balanced vs total revenues and ROI.
