We are currently doing a roadshow on the various Holy Gardens to communicate its latest promo. Pabongga Bonanza. We really need to communicate this very well to the frontliners.
We went to Holy Angels Memorial Park and are we glad we came. We talked to Tina, Mary Joy, Gerard and Obet. They have to be convinced and talked well further about Pabongga Bonanza. I hope they get this well and sell more. More.

Our partner in La Union Memorial Park told me that one of the best places he likes to visit and impresses his friends, local and foreign alike is the Mad Dog Club in Polaris Bel Air. The ambiance and food are unique. It is our goal for Holy Gardens. As we have seen in Balaw balaw, art work, pictures and frames, memorabilia can be it.

Our partners at Holy Gardens Greenhills Memorial Park also approved the construction of relief murals in front of the memorial park. They will be commissioned by Mr. Charlie Anorico of Angono, Rizal, a famed disciple of Botong Francisco.
There will be two murals, each one measuring 8 ft x l6 ft. One features Dr. Jose Rizal, national hero, who hails from Calamba City, and Mariang Makiling, the legendary goddess of the mountains bearing her name. This is part of developing uniqueness for Holy Gardens Greenhills Memorial Park. The idea and concept has been approved by land owners. Of course, the developer will shoulder the cost. The construction may start in one week's time. Contracts will be drawn up soon.

I met yesterday and today the principals for Holy Gardens La Union Memorial Park (in San Fernando) and Holy Gardens Greenhills Memorial Park in Calamba City. The cost of the extravaganza, while it looks big is affordable. Yes it is risky but I am sure the sales associate will be more than motivated to achieve them.
In La Union the partners suggested an up to l5 % discount on selected lots for a limited time only. It was suggested this morning to Greenhills and they just await our proposal.
The chapel construction of La Union will start soon.

Many great and new things are happening at the Holy Gardens Memorial park group:
l. For the second semester, the salaries at Angono, Rizal (BPI- Holy Gardens) and Holy Gardens Greenhills (Calamba) has been increased by P1,382/month (conditions apply) and Pl,000 in Oton, Calapan, Pangasinan, and La Union.
2. The agents and internal marketing staff shall be further encouraged to sell more via this new program: "Pabongga Bonanza"
3. A new levell of customer experience and revival of branding by: UNIQCSEX.
4. New landscaping: like vertical gardens, geometric landscaping.
We are installing something unique at Holy Gardens Greenhills Calamaba soon. Watch for this.

Holy Gardens Leaders Confer on UNIQCSEX and PABONGGA BONANZA

The SBU heads and officers met at their central office for training and Angono to lay out the operating plan for two major thrusts in marketing: one involving customer service and incentives for internal marketing staff and agents.
The meeting lasted form 9:30 am to l2:30, and from l:45 to 3: 45. They had a memorable and unique experience at Balaw-balaw restaurant at Angono, Rizal. It is famous among artists and local travelers for unique dining experience. Here are some images.
