The Epektibo Batch of Trainees Graduation last March 2, 2019

5 out of 7 original trainees for last week February 26 to March 2, 2019 made it to the  last day.  Two did not have the determination, not meant to be Holy Gardeners quit.  

This batch called themselves Epektibo and divided into two groups (teams)   Talent and Pencil..

The successful graduates are:   Jay, Aljon, Olivia, Racquel and Nelson  Jay and Racquel are to be deployed to Holy Gardens Calamba chapel, Nelson to Holy Gardens Pangasinan as Funeral Technician (Driver, Embalmer Trainee, Trainee and Cremation Technician)   Olivia is to be _______ of Holy Gardens La Union

Aljon Z will be assigned to 3f as Sales Admin (to help SBU reach their targets)

This was a compressed orientation done in 5 days in view of the Holiday last February 26.    Many topics were still not covered....

An important change in the training is the grant of training allowance of P200/day to rank and file and P300/day to Officer.  Given only upon successful completion of training (awarding of certificate)  Given only when all the requirements are submitted,  all outputs of training are submitted, and  passing the 3 exams (75%)
