Majorem Lending invites all SBU to view this link Solar Starter kits for every Juan

It is a plug and play unit, and costs only P30,000.00 and is rated at 250 watts (one panel and is monocrystalline - the highest grade)  It does not cost a bundle (say P100,000 for one kW)   It is the most affordable in the market now

Majorem can finance 80% of the balance for 3 years:  20% dp of P6,000, balance of P24,000 and P1,000 monthly for 36 months

(We also have  1 and 2 years term for lower financing costs)

It is our answer to:

1.  Impending power outages

2. Climate change and global warming

3.  Reduction of monthly electrical expenses.   (Meralco just announced another impending power rates - and it will never end)

With solar, you can fix your electricity cost for the next 25 years.   It is between P4 to P6/ kwh

Estimated power rate reduction from this starter kit is:
221 watts x 5 hours/daily x 30 x 12 months x P13,00/kwh  = P5, 171/year

That is ROI of 6 years  or 12% pa if paid in cash;

For  1 year amortization      6,36 years                 11.32%

        2 year amortization      7.193 years               10%

        3 year amortization      8,30 years                 8,67%

The returns are impressive considering that money in the bank earns only less than 1% per year.

  1. Solar power is a great way to conserve energy. It is free and accessible to everyone and most importantly it is abundant. We should consider solar power to be used in our offices and sites. If we switch to solar power we will conserve more energy and help in lowering the effects of global warming in our country. We should utilize the God-given power that nature has and not just really on fossil fuel that will soon run out in the next decade or so. We solute the use of solar power here in Holy Gardens Calapan.
