A memorial chapel and columbarium at a shrine overlooking a Lake?

A happy and special place

From this blog - Fr. Orbos says mass at  Marian shrine at San Carlos Heights.

Holy Gardeners visit Marian shrine

Two days ago this week marked the 3rd year of a Shrine located on the side of a mountain overlooking the Laguna Lake.  The Shrine is dotted with prayer nooks for the images of Virgin Mary, St. Francis de Assisi, even image of Jesus Christ, and St Michael D' Archangel

Out of nowhere me and the owner, on the same day two weeks ago, while we were walking at the shrine, we both thought of having a memorial  cum bereavement chapel at the site and and a columbarium.

The owner (her family is a family of entrepreneurs -  her husband started  rush ID picture kiosk, lavandera franchise,  a son started a night spot in Eastwood and BGC and a pork and chicken food chain) initially said no to the proposal but yesterday she was in our office, and was seeking a proposal.  It is a matter of proposing to have the ash crypts:

1.  on a separate building say at the pavillion, or

We can build ash crypts behind this image

2.  embedded in the slopes amongst the images that have been built.  I would like to think that we can build 6 layers of ash crypts, 80 columns of ash crypts near the Jesus Christ Image.  And this would sell.

There is all ready a chapel where necrological services and reflection can be held.   The place is quiet and denotes peace and serenity.

The selling proposition for her is to have an earning asset that will support her people at the shrine and their beneficiaries - even when she is gone.

My research shows that burial grounds located on mountain side are great, Feng Shui wise...

Thus the seminal project can click and sell because of:

1.  Religious connotation underpinning.

2.  Great location Feng Shui wise

3.  It can fund the various project of the owner - catechism,  masses, medical mission

It is nearer to God (because of the height and the nearness to the chapel and the images.

There are the meeting of the 4 elements;   earth, wind, fire and water.

What do you think?

Would you buy a unit if we built this?

Would a preselling price of P30,000 be great?   (Regular price would be P50,000 and above.)  It has great location and great appeal.   (Sana matuloy)
