Proposed new sales program for independent and office sales execs

Getting higher and stronger

We have made this draft for floating around for discussion and refinement.  We hope to prep up our sales force for H2.  What do you think?  Will you join our group if this were the new sales rewards compensation.  Please let us know?


Please read and make comments on the following:
Objective:
1. To sell at least P2 million per month per sbu
2. To recruit more agents and expand sales force/capacity
3.  To meet sales target for 2014

1.  Sales accreditation
The allowance shall be given only  for one <two months> month even if the sales exec does not meet the quota;  however he may continue selling without the allowance and shall be entitled only to the office sales commission
The same condition apply for office sales exec even if he has tenure
A sales manager must have 4 or more achieving producing sales execs.
A sales director has 4 or more sales manager reporting under him/her and who are active and performing
Other programs:
1.  Sales training (please detail)
2.  Sales meeting (please detail)
3.  Night out/dine out
4.  Training and recognition.
5.  Prizes for meeting target:

    1.  Ice breaker
    2.  Highest sales growth
    3   Highest sales for the sbu
    4.  Highest in the region
    5.  Highest in the Phil
6.  Sales division:
The sales force shall be divided into three

    1.  Plots only
    2.  Packages
    3.  Ash crypts 

Each division shall be further divided into group sales and individual
Accordingly, we shall adjust the prices of ash crypts and packages to accommodate such allowances/arrangement
