One of the event that we should be wary is sudden death.  Contrary to beliefs and common knowledge Cholesterol is not the culprit according to Dr. Fred Kummerow.  Transfat oil and processed cholesterol are.

Transfat causes the loss of prostacyclin which causes the blood to flow.  Without the prostacyclin, the blood clots and blocks the arteries. Embolus form which can block the heart arteries causing the sudden death

Some more mechanism of action.  At the diseased heart undergoing bypass, there is found quantities of sphyngomyelin, one of the five phospholipids surrounding the artery.  The salts in the blood causes it to have negative charge;  the calcium has positive charge.   And this is the process that causes calcification that blocks artery causing diminished blood flow leading to ischemia, and heart attack.  Those undergoing bypass due to blocked artery, has 40% to 60% sphyngomyelin

Transfat increases the level of sphyngomyelin

Need we say more? Cholesterol is not the culprit; processed cholesterol and transfat are!

1.  Avoid fried foods

2.  Avoid processed food.
