Holy Gardens group managers plan H2 2013 marketing plan today at National Sales Conference

The CMOs and ACMOs of various Holy Gardens SBUs met today at the headquarters of the group in Angono, Rizal to plan for H2 marketing plan.  Those who came were:   Cynthia Cartago of Holy Gardens Greenhills, Brenn Garcia of Holy Gardens Pangasinan, Roshel Carino of Holy Gardens  Calapan, and  Danica G. Ordinario of Holy Gardens Calapan.

The topics discussed were H1 performance, 2013 corporate plan, H2 proosed marketing award and a workshop was conducted to revise the targets, activities and budgets.

Awards were likewise given to the performers for H1.  Notable performers were Holy Gardens Pangasinan as topnotcher in sales and collection, closely followed by Holy Gardens Greenhills.  Third place was Holy Gardens Oton.  Holy Angels Memorial Park and Oton were not able to attend.

The goal setting beginning with WIFM, what is the reward for me for the targets, made many SBU rethink their sales objectives.
