We are hiring a separate Marketing Professional. He or she will be tasked with the responsibility of getting P10 million or more sales via on line channel - via email marketing, and other online channel. This will leverage the increasing number of cellphone, and internet users.
We are a little bit behind in fully utilizing internet to generate leads and prospects. Maybe this is the way to go. But with the little testing we had, it works. We all ready generated a lot of traffic to our landing pages, even without the great lay out yet.
We hope to get the right professional for the job.
This was discussed with Mr. Perez
Goal : To gain at least +10% additional sales from email markeing DSM ( 10 million)
Reality:
We have been having rigodon for same position: Mark, Majo, Perez.
Action:
Hire two well qualified applicants for records and marketing assistant
1. Records and file assistant:
Job objectives:
1. delivery of documents to customer within 14 days after full payment/signing

Responsibilities:
1. Verifying documents vs. ledgers/payments
2. Typing of documents, having them approved, recorded orderly and systematically, notarized, sent to customers direct, and filed

2. Master list update of plans and records
3. Physical filing
4. Optical filing inhouse or cloud
2. Marketing Assistant
Qualifications:
graduate of marketing course, with marketing experience, strong
leadership and communication skills, proven track record, excellent IT
skills like blogging and email marketing, especially those working with
autoresponders; excellent oral and writing skills, customer and people
oriented
1. To sell additional P5 million in sales through internet marketing
2. To recruit, train and reward agents properly and adequately. Tasks include accreditation, issuance of ID and calling cards, prompt payment of commissions.
3. Makes sure that marketing plans especiallly are implemented 100%
4. Ensures excellent customer service and interments
