Q: How many
can be interred on Lawn Lots?
A: We may
inter 2 fresh bodies and 4 sets of bones in Lawn Lots. Each set of
bone is subject to additional charge.
2.
Q: What are
the requirements of constructing a mausoleum?
A: Building
Permit from Municipal Engineering Office, Set of Plans approved by
the HGMP
Engineer and Construction Bond.
3.
Q: Is the
Construction Bond refundable? If yes,
can we refund the full amount?
A: Yes, it is refundable less the cost of
electricity and water that was used
duringthe construction. If there were damages that were incurred
during
the construction,
substantial amount will also be deducted from the
construction bond.

Q: What is a
Perpetual Care?
A: Perpetual Care is an intensive care means the
cutting of grass upon plots
raking and
cleaning of plots, pruning shrubs and trees and the general presentation of the
plots and grounds, walks, roadways, boundaries and structures, to the end that
the said grounds shall be maintained and be reasonably care for.

Q: Is the
Lot Owner allowed to provide their own Tablet Marker for Lawn Lots?
A: Yes, but they must conform to the standard
marker of HGGMP. Flat
Markers in bronze, stone, granite or of other composite material
conforming to the rules and regulation of the park are allowed. Flat
marker size must be 2” x 14” x 24”.

Q: Is it
allowed to have a structure on a Lawn Lot?
A: No, only flat markers are allowed to be
placed in a Lawn Lot. Structures
are only allowed for a Garden / Family Estate
Lot.

Q: Who will
shoulder the cost of repair/replacement of Bermuda Grass when the grass was
burned when we failed to put off the flame or extinguished it?
A: The lot owner will shoulder the cost of
repair or planting of Bermuda since
they were the one who left the candle still with flame.
8.
Q: We bought
a prime lot, can we used the adjacent road for our parking during November 1?
A: No, we have
designated parking areas that can be used for parking.
9.
Q: Why do we
need to buy a memorial lot?
A: It is our way of
remembering our loved ones by having them placed in a
secured and respectable
place. To give them back what they have
given us.
10. Q: When can we use the lot for interment?
A: Interments are
allowed for fully paid lots.
11. Q: We purchased a lot on a Spot Cash, after one month one of
our relative died, can we use the lot we have purchased?
A: Yes, you may allow
the use of the purchased lot provided:
1.
You will pay for the
additional 20% for the lot because the lot you purchased can only be used after
60 days;
2.
An Assignment of Right to Use will be undertaken;
3.
Payment of interment fee
12. Q: We avail a lot on an instalment basis for one year, are we
allowed to use the
lot for interment or bone transfer?
A: Yes, interment /
bone transfer will be permitted at any time if the cost
(including
perpetual care) of the site to be used has been fully paid.
13. Q: Can we plant on the Lawn or Garden Lots that we have
bought?
A: No flowers, plants
and trees of any kind may be planted by the lot owners
around the site of
interment or anywhere in the memorial park area.
14. Q: Can we use the Lawn and Garden Lots for above the ground
interment, instead of underground interment?
A: No, all interments
in the lawn and garden areas shall be underground.
Only Niche are allowed to have an above the ground interment but
only
for one interment. Garden and
Junior estate lot owners may elect to have
above the ground interments with
mausoleums subject to the rules and
regulations of HGMP.
15. Q: Can we transfer the location of existing lot to anywhere
we preferred?
A: The Lot Owner may
transfer the site of his lot(s) anytime provided no
interment was made thereon; provided further that the reason for
transfer is
upgrading only. In no other
cases shall transfer of site be allowed.
All
payments made on the original contract shall be credited to the new
contract and shall be in conformity with the rules and regulations of
HGMP.
The upgraded contract shall be the
prevailing prices and terms.
16. Q: What are the construction requirements for a mausoleum?
A: 1. Construction clearance through Construction
Bond and Building Permit;
2. No store room or bodega is allowed to be
built;
3. Sand and gravel are to be boxed;
4. No mixing of concrete on roads. The owner must provide a mixing
board;
5. Clearing and restoration of damaged roads,
curbs, gutters and grasses
are to be deducted on the construction bond or for the
account of the owner;
6. Construction are to be made
during park hours only;
7. Electricity to be used in drilling and
sanding be also be charge in the
account of the owner (deductible to
Construction Bond).

A: No, you have
lifetime ownership of the lot.
19. Q: What are the benefits that we can get when I buy a
memorial plot?
A: 1. Since memorial
plot is considered as a real estate, when you buy a
memorial plot as early as now,
you will be able to get hold of its price as an investment. They can avail the lot in a much lower price
and can be amortized monthly;
2. Our memorial park is fully landscaped,
provided with security guards and
we have a lifetime maintenance;
3. The purchaser
can prevent adding the burden of his responsibility upon
the family at their time
of loss.
20. Q: How many bones can be accommodated by a Lawn lot?
A: During interment,
each vault may contain 1 fresh body and maximum of two (2) sets of human remains;
21. Q: We purchased a Garden Estate Lot can we maximize the use
of our lot?
A: An open memorial
structure not exceeding 3 meters in height may be
constructed. Maximum buildable
area is 70% of the property;
22. Q: What is a body crypts?
A: Body crypts are designed to hold casketed
remains as well as human remains for bone
transfer. Interment can be called as
casket entombment. The crypt is sealed,
and a marble front is attached.
23. Q: What is an Ash Crypts?
A: An Ash Crypt is designed to hold cremated
urns. It is strategically located in chapels and columbarium.
24. Q: What is a columbarium?
A: A
columbarium is often located in a chapel or a separate building, free
standing
composed of numerous ash crypts designed to hold urns containing cremated
remains. It can be an outdoor or indoor.

INTERMENT
25. Q: Do we have to pay for an Interment Fee for an Ash Crypts?
A: No, there
is no interment fee for Ash Crypts
26. Q: Do we have to pay for an Interment Fee for a Body Crypts?
A: Yes, but
it is inclusive in the price of the Body Crypts and is only a minimal
amount to cover marble, engraving and
sealing of the crypts.
27. Q: What is memorialization or interment?
A: Memorialization or
interment refers to burial of the casket, including urns
containing
cremated remains, either in ash crypts or into the ground.
28. Q: Do you accept interment during October 31 and November 1?
A: No burial or
interment is allowed from October 31 to November 3, 2012
A: Yes, among the many options available to
those who prefer cremation, is
a traditional ground interment but you will have to pay the
Standard Basic
Interment Fee.
30. Q: What is an Inurnment?
A: Inurnment refers to
the respectful placement of cremated remains within an urn, which is then interred or entombed in a final resting
place, such as grave, a niche or a crypt.
31. Q: What is an entombment?
A: Entombment
is the interment of human remains in a tomb or crypt, and
today is most often referred to as above-ground
interment. It involves placing
a casket or cremation urn in a crypt or niche
(individual compartment within
a mausoleum or columbarium), which is then
sealed.
32. Q: Is multiple interments allowed?
A: Multiple interments
and bone transfer may be allowed provided they are
within the rules and regulations by HGMP and governed by
Article X of the Pre-need Purchase Agreement.
33. Q: What is a DIP (Double Interment Privilege) against SIP
(Single Interment
Privilege)?
A: All garden lawn,
garden estate and family estate lot owners may avail of
a double interment privilege (two interments per lot). Other lawn lot owners
are already double
interment. Those who own the Single
Interment Privilege
may avail of the DIP provided they pay extra for DIP or
upgrade their lot.
34. Q: What is disinterment or exhumation?
A: Disinterment or
exhumation is the removal of remains from places of
interment.
35. Q: What are the requirements for exhumation?
A: Exhumation of
remains is limited only within HOLY GARDENS MEMORIAL PARK with exhumation
fee, provided the necessary permit is submitted:
a.
Exhumation permit from the Municipal/City Health Officer;
b.
Exhumation for underground interment will only be allowed for
interment not below fifteen (15) years for upper vault (4ft.); Eighteen (18)
years for lower vault (7ft);
c.
Those remains outside the memorial park (cemetery or other
memorial parks) may also be transferred but the exhumation will be done by the
concerned parties;
d.
The remains upon exhumation must be disinfected and placed in
a black plastic bag and in a box with proper identification as to the:
c.1 Name of the deceased;
c.2 Date and cause of death;
c.3 Place of re-interment/transfer;
Permit to exhume for
medico-legal purposes may be granted subject to the
following
conditions:
a.
The death of the
deceased shall first be registered in the office of the Local Civil Registrar
of the City/Municipality concerned;
b.
Exhumation and transfer permits as required under these rules
and regulations shall be secured;
c.
Only proper authorities (e.g. medico-legal officer, local
health officer) and persons authorized to be present in the exhumation and
investigation shall be allowed;
d.
Immediately upon exhumation, the remains shall be disinfected
and after the necessary investigation by the authorities concerned shall have
been completed, the same shall be re-buried at the authorized burial place;
e.
The cost of exhumation and re-interment must be shouldered by
the deceased’s family.
36. Q: Can we change the schedule of interment?
A: Yes, any changes in
interment schedules will require written request and will be charged P500.00
per day.
37. Q: Is it allowed to assign our lot for interment of our
relatives?
A: Yes, provided an
Assignment of Right to Use will be executed.
Signed by the Registered Lot
Owner.
38. Q: Can we place a bigger marker on our beloved gravesite?
A: No, we have a
uniform size of tablet marker for Lawn Lot, you may use it but only during your
visitation with your loved ones.
C. PRICE
39. Q: Is it okay to give a discount on spot cash even if it has
an agent?
A: Yes, we give
discounts to spot cash but as much as possible we limit the
discount to office
sales.
40. Q: Is it okay to give a discount on even if the lot is
payable within 3 months or 90 days?
A: Yes, provided that
the customer will pay his/her lot within that period.
41. Q: What is the basis of discount?
A: The basis of the
discount on the Lot Price, net of PC & Vat.
42. Q: Do we give discount on the down payment?
A: No, we only give
discount to lot purchase on Spot Cash basis.
43. Q: Can we pay in advance?
A: Yes, the buyer has the right to pay in
advance any instalment due or the full unpaid balance of the purchase price
before it is due and the scheduled interest payments shall be thereby adjusted
in the case of advance payments for instalment falling due not less than 15
days at the time of payment.
D. DOCUMENTS
44. Q: Is an SIP assignable?
A: Yes, but the new documents cannot be issued
to the Third Party. The
transaction would be between HGMP as the
First Party and the first owner
as the Second Party. However, the Lot can be assigned or
transferred to a
Third Party provided he/she upgraded hi/her lot
into Double Interment of
Superior Products, in that case a Certificate of
Ownership will be issued.
45. Q: What is an Extra Judicial Settlement or Self Adjudication?
A: An Extra Judicial Settlement is a document
being used in the event that the Registered
Lot Owner died. His/her heir will
undertake an Extra Judicial Settlement for subdividing the deceased property
including the Memorial Lot; The property
cannot be transferred to other individual, sell or mortgage within two years.
46. Q: Is anybody can enter into a Contract or Agreement?
A: Anybody between 18 – 59 years old and
Filipino citizen can enter into a
contract or agreement.
47. Q: What is an Authorization?
A: An Authorization is a document authorizing
his/her relative to undertake
actions and
signing of pertinent documents related to interment for and in his/her absence.
48. Q: When we purchase a lot, do we get a title?
A: Yes, when
you purchase a lot you will be issued a Deed of Sale and a
Certificate of Ownership.
49. Q: Is it okay to change/transfer lot location?
A: Yes,
provided no interment has been made, the Lot Owner with the consent of HGMP may
exchange his/her property at any time to other similar unsold interment
space. Exchange credit will be given for
the amount already paid on principal and perpetual care.
50. Q: What are the requirements for change/transfer lot
location?
A: 1.
Written request letter citing his/her reasons for the change/transfer;
2. Processing Fee;
3. He /she must surrender the Original DOS
and CO previously issued to
him/her;
