1. Treasury Assistant - in charge of daily reports on bank balances, master list of plots, FFE (assets of the company)
2. Accounting Assistants (in charge of abstracts) for Chapel Memorial Services and Interim Memorial Plan
3. HR Assistant and Operations Assistant.
4 IT assistant to be in charge of IT infrastructure - hardware, systems, software and compliance by the operating units of the process.
At the branches:
1. Branch Managers for Calapan and La Union - to be charge of achievement of sales and collection targets, giving excellent interments and customer service and to achieve superior performance from the staff being managed;
2. Chapel Manager for La Union - to achieve sales target and give excellent chapel and memorial service. Shall be entitled to overriding commission and over riding commissions plus other incentives.

Regional Managers for Memorial Plan - to be in charge of a province area in achieving sales and collection target. Shall handle recruitment, training a motivation of sales executives in the assigned area. Shall be entitled to commission and Over riding Commissions
