Product Plan for a Proposed Memorial Plan Company

A happy and special place

We are soliciting your comments and inputs for this planned memorial plan products and packages.

We are in the process of acquiring a financial plan company (a memorial plan).  We are sure of this complementing our product and service lines, and can facilitate consolidation of several product for one stop shop, total memorial planning.   Everything can be there:

Advantages of acquiring a memorial plan:

1. Under a package, everything is there:  plot, memorial service, chapel use;  no need to mind other details.  Just one company will take care of everything

2.   For certain products, your price is protected

3.  Everything is cheaper under a package because repetitive costs are eliminated;

4.  For a small amount, you can acquire great memorial package.

5.  Since Holy Gardens know the memorialization business, and has been selling plots and interment service, you are assured that you are dealing with memorialization experts

Memorial plan value packages.

1.  Body crypts (apartment type)   and chapel use, casket (funeral service)

2.  Cremation with urn, plus ash crypts

3.  Lawn lots plus chapel use, funeral service, interment service.

Since the interest rate for the plans are very small and negligible, you can see that the proposed prices are very competitive and attractive.

Holy Gardens soon to have a memorial plan company?

Getting higher and stronger

Rizal  Philippines | August 20, 2014

I met a colleague who heads a healthcare company who discussed and offered to me several opportunities

1. A memorial plan company.  This can be a platform for the memorial package and market  nationwide.  We can set up dedicated sales force  and join the band wagon for  the growing sector of memorialization.  The memorial parks sold only P0.5 billion last year.  Memorial plans sold P4 billion last year

2.  A large memorial park in central Luzon which is subject of a receivership at OIC.  We can join together as jv partner and seek financing to acquire the project.

3.  Marketing his health card care through our sales  agencies/execs.  They give as much as 30%.  For the P4,000 health card, one time use with P44,000 health benefits, the commission is P700  (17.5%)
