2.  Accounting Assistants (in charge of abstracts) for Chapel Memorial Services and Interim Memorial Plan

3.  HR Assistant and Operations Assistant.

4  IT assistant  to be in charge of IT infrastructure  -  hardware, systems, software and compliance by the operating units of the process.

At the branches:

1.  Branch Managers for Calapan and La Union -  to be charge of achievement of sales and collection targets, giving excellent interments and customer service and to achieve superior performance from the staff being managed;

2.  Chapel Manager for La Union - to achieve sales target and give excellent chapel and memorial service.  Shall be entitled to overriding commission and over riding commissions plus other incentives.

3. Regional Managers for Memorial Plan -  to be in charge of a province area in achieving sales and collection target.  Shall handle recruitment, training a motivation of sales executives in the assigned area.  Shall be entitled to commission and Over riding Commissions
