The immortalization business has radically changed

Getting higher and stronger

Angono, Rizal Philippines

We do not wish to profess to be experts in this business:

MEMORIALIZATION
IMMORTALIZATION

Our sales and bottom line have yet to show that.

The leaders are no longer the memorial parks, though how large they are.  Compare that with only P400 million for the largest and biggest memorial park and P21 billion prepaid memorial plans for the one and only life plan in the country that survives.  All others are in rehab.

I read that clearly the direction of the businesses in memorialization, the opportunites, (where money is to be made are in:

1.  cremation
2.  services  <funeral, chapel use>

The big memorial park has blocked itself out of the opportunity by partnering with a funeral homes (which profited much from the partnership) they are expanding beyond the memorial park and the memorial park is marooned, mated (in chess terms) with the arrangement

The memorial park was a cute concept then. With so many sprouting all over the country, it does not look so good business. Consolidating them would perhaps be a better idea.

Or setting up memorial gardens, or the Loyola type of projects now
