Minimum requirements:

Graduate of a 4 year course, is  passionate, a team player, is goal oriented and determined, is self starter, needs minimum of supervision,  and is eager to learn new things. Is willing to travel and be assigned anywhere in our nationwide network of branches, is computer literate, must know word, excel, powerpoint, use of email, blogs, and mobile devices. (IT conversant)

Our job openings:

1.  Customer Service Specialists:  (at the Single Business Unit) needed at HAMP (Morong Rizal), Calapan (Oriental Mindoro), Oton (Iloilo)

     Is to be assigned at the single business unit in the province.  Shall arrange for the event of the deceased preparing for the memorialization which include convoy arrangement, interment, ceremonies, and documentation.  Residents of the service area are preferred as candidates.   Must not be afraid of the deceased, is hard working and willing to work unusual hours.  This is a challenging job to practice empathy, working with people, and challenge associated with the same

2  Marketing Professional  (SBU)  needed at San Fernando La Union

Shall assist the SBU achieve its sales objective.   Must be determined and hard working and is willing to learn and implement the basics of sales and sales management:   prospecting, qualifying, setting appointments, sales presentation, tripping and closing.  Must be inspiring and motivating.

3  Finance and accounting specialist  (needed at Calapan and Oton)

      Shall handle the accounting and finance functions in the Single Business Unit:    a/r, ap, cash management, furniture and fixtures, inventories (materials) deposit and daily cash operation.

Compensation:     more than the salaries at the wage regions, performance evaluation (for promotion every six moths)  standard benefits mandated by law, incentives that are variable from time to time.
