Improving Managerial Performance for Sales and New Products for Q2

We had the 2nd quarter conference of SBUs of Holy Gardens Memorial Park today at 3ffb and we had the theme: "IMPROVING MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE"
First to arrive were Brenn and RCC of north, followed by Cynthia and Erika of HGGMP and latest by Mildred of Calapan who arrived at 8:30
We had the song "Pananagutan" and "Wind Beneath my Wings" as opening event.
Then we had the review of products: BVO, HGMP, CAPF. We had Q and A and making reflections. We did review of the handbook. It was noted with great concern that somebody from 3ffb did not obey the instruction for him to conduct a lecture. We did away with the usual lavish lunch and had Mang Inasal at lunch and Chowking in the evening. For snacks in the afternoon, we had halohalo
I found out that we had difficulty in product knowledge and mastery
The 6 are billeted at Villa Jhoana resort (P5t per night with free use of pool) We had dinner and later some discussion on:
1. Current positioning of Holy Gardens;
2. Future of BVO and Holy Gardens Memorial Package.
3. MLII retail loan by Isha
4. Completion of the marketing plan for Q2.
Tomorrow we go to Wawa for Zipline and I will do a lecture on Management
Certificates will be issued only for those who complete writing the reflections

Getting higher and stronger
We
just learned that a pre need memorial plan group that is nationwide is
number one in their industry and controls 90% ofithe market. But they
yet have to prove themselves in the luxury and quality category. Many
are complaining about quality and service
They have a number of chapels and offer only but funeral viewing
and wooden caskets. Their product is often mistaken to be same as
ours. They are not. We are offering/selling memorial lots + other services. And very soon we are offering them via 3rd party supplier plus chapel use.
These are some clarications that need to be made:
1. Their is a plan, ours is a concrete real estate product;
2. Theirs is a single product/service and which is intended for vast majority of people;
3, Our Bereavement Value Option (BVO) will be the first ever bundled end to end back to back memorialization package. It includes:
1. Lot
2. Interment Service
3. Funeral Service
4. Chapel Use
4. They have considered us a competitor but we are not.
Our customers must realize that we will be the first company
to offer a complete, one stop shop, end to end, back back
memorialization package. Some one has yet to match this offering.

Earn as much as P50.00 per point by selling our BVO now until February 14,2014
When you sell your bereavement packages, you earn points on the service portion (funeral service, Interment Service, Chapel use, ETE) which is one (1) point for every one thousand. Thus for a discounted interment service, you can earn as much as 18 points.
If you start selling now until February 14, you earn the right to earn P50.00 (or 5%) for every point. This is huge considering that we discounted the services by as much as 15% to attract more buyers, and to make selling the lots in combination with the packages easier. Thus for an P18t Interment Service, you earn 18 points and when redeemed gives you P900.00 worth of goods (even redeemable in cash). If you start selling after February 14, 2014. You get 25 pesos per point
The points can be redeemed in kind (appliance, gadgets, cell phone, travel, hotel accommodations etc) whatever your heart desires, every end of the quarter.

We are ready to inform our staff, our sales executives, and post at our websites and social media our linchpin for 2014 sales campaign. (Alpha version)
THE BEREAVEMENT VALUE OPTIONS
What are bereavement value options?
They are products and services, bundled together, or are in combo, which translate into convenience (as the products and services needed to make the work together have been purchased together) and with plenty of savings for the customer. They are VALUE PACKAGES. This is possible because redundancies in features and benefits are removed, translating into savings. The single transaction to sell the two or three products together translate into savings which are passed on to the customer.
Are there similar packages in the market?
As far as we know Holy Gardens Memorial Park will be the ONLY ONE AND THE FIRST ONE to offer.
Why combo or bundled products and services?
For the telcos, FMCG products, there are a lot of bundling and combo going on. For Fast Food, the value meals are the equivalent of Bereavement Value Options.
How does it work?
When a customer buys, he ordinarily buys a lot. But then, when the time comes to use the lot, he has to pay for/purchase the interment service at some later date, and with new transaction etc. At BVO, the customer opts to include:
Interment Service and /or
Funeral Service (Coming Soon) with third party provider)
Cremation (Available at Holy Gardens Calamba with third party provider, coming soon at Pangasinan)
Chapel Use (Coming Soon) in house; will first be available in Holy Gardens Calamba, Pangasinan and La Union
Documentation:
The customer signs a normal PPA which states that the lot includes the options he has selected. He signs separate agreement for each of the options for which he will be issued certificate of entitlement when fully paid.
Payment:
The downpayment and monthly payments are bundled together and our accounting will distribute farm out the payments to the different products and services selected.
Our accounting and finance group will closely monitor the accounts,
Servicing of the account:
A call or visit to the nearest Holy Gardens memorial park will trigger the delivery of service upon presentation of necessary documents: DOS and CO for the lot, and CE for the services.

SIP plus services for P50,000 total more or less, very affordable, includes chapel use and funeral service. If you deduct the SSS death benefits, the customer shoulders only P30,000. more or less (est)
Body Crypts (10 year lease) plus services includes funeral service, chapel use. Total price may be in P30,000 or less and if you deduct the P20,000 death benefit from SSS, the burden on the bereaved is low low low.
