This writer saw this special karuwahe in Teresa Rizal yesterday while exercising.   It was his ideal to make interment/memorialization unique. It is a horse carriage (and of course the horse pulls it) It was used in Holy Angels Memorial Park interment yesterday, according to him

He met the owner, who happens to be the manufacturer also. His name is Dong and is from Pampanga.  He owns the Holy Name Funeral Homes.  He said that he has 2 funeral cars for sale and he will e mail us the picture.

According to him, the karuwahe in San Carlos City was supplied by him  (I told him the owner said they had it made in Pampanga.  He said that is right because he is from Pampanga.

Maybe we can join forces later on.... when he have acquired other businesses

Price increase by November 6, 2014

Holy Gardens Memorial Park group will increase the prices of its plots as it is lagging behind the competitors in the pricing.  Many memorial parks are now in 60t to 90t price category.   Holy Gardens Memorial Park group, in order to make its plots affordable to every one, has not increased the prices.

TLP are as low as P26t for Calapan, La Union and Oton (and this is double interment)   For a 5 year body crypt term, this could be as high as 12t.  Please take note that Holy Gardens Memorial Park term is in perpetuity. (no renewal needed;  ownership is for life)

We have to keep up with inflation too (labor and other materials have been increasing.)

The prices could be between 5% to 10% with lower price increases in Calapan and Oton (which are not fully developed.)  In well developed areas like La Union, Pangasinan and Calamba, the maximum % shall apply for the increase

It is suggested that our customers and buyers take advantage of the 5% down payment special All Saints day promo that will be in effect for a limited time of October 30 to November 2, 2014

Somebody mentioned to us that in other memorial parks there are special decors that are made for wake and interments.  It turned out that they are special services.  On top of the luxury, we can have this service.  These can be pricey and can include:

1.  fountain and waterfall decors;

2. fresh flower arrangement daily;

3.  4 piece string quartet (violins guitar)

4.  marching band

5.  singer

6.  catering and other food services.

This can be outsourced to an event manager or done by Holy Gardens?

Can our primary target market afford this?
