Massive repair to beautify the frontage of Holy Gardens Greenhills

The #memorial experts

Ever since the DPWH concreted the roads in front of Holy Gardens Greenhills facade of the park turned ugly:  water was pouring in the park when it rained, muds gathered in front of the park, the vehicles found it difficult to enter the Holy Gardens because of the rutted road way from the concreted road to our road way (about 1 meter difference in elevation)

After several meetings with the Barangay and Committee on Public Works of City Council and Calamba City Engineering office, these were the things we were mandated to do:

      1.  Build a ramp;
      2.  Build slope protection:  barriers and plant box between our property line and the
           new concrete road
      3.  Upgrade our drainage from 14 inches and 24 inches to 18 and 36.

          The entire project built at our expense cost us:

                 Drainage  -   P2,000,000+
                 Ramp barriers    500,000

All done for the service of the community.  Dapat may credits kami sa tax payments?

The new more beautiful Holy Gardens Greenhills Memorial Park

How do you like to be remembered?

Holy Gardens Memorial Park, Barandal, Calamba City   |  May 26, 2013

Ever since the Holy Greenhills Memorial Park maintenance was outsourced, there was marked improvement in its improvement.  The grasses were trimmed well, less weeds and dirt.  Hence, we can attract more prospects and customers.

The black mark though are the soil and dirt that spills from the street when it rains.

The landscaping standards will have to be reviewed, studied, and implemented better

A request for interceptor across the street from the or City Engineer Barangay is needed.
