We had the team building at the Riverview hotel near Crossing in Calamba.  We were planning to do this at the site but then there were free teambuilding site at the hotel. We did the obstacle courses:   over the top, the monkey swing bars, the crawl obstacle.

We divided the group into two. Team 1 won;   team 2 lost on one member who was rather heavy on the build

Before the Team Building, the day was started with stretching to warm-up and get alive lead by Sir JUS

 Even not part of the two competing team, Ma'am Cythia of Holy Gardens Greenhills show how the routine will do before the start of Team Building
