We were visited by a lady from the North who brokered one of our successful joint ventures for memorial park.  It is our best seller.  She used to be a contractor but her husband went wayward and squandered their heavy equipment.

She presented us  several memorial park project opportunities:

1.  Two memorial park projects in LU

     l.  One is for take over and management consisting of 29 hectares;   only l0 hectares are for development
         We would not take over as this would involve costly litigation or compensation.  There are 2 big towns
         for catchment areas and therefore would seem to serve big market

    2.  A property for garden park near an existing cemetery at a boundary town of two provinces

2.  Two memorial parks in a progressive Region l;  both are located in two major cities and are within 5 km of each other.

3.  A 2hectare property in Metro Manila good for MRB or subdivision

Very easily the lady presented a billion pesos of finished/developed project inventory.

We are thankful for this development because for the last 2 years, we seem to be going nowhere

We asked her to prepare the documents and an actual site inspection could be scheduled for evaluation and recommendation.
