         Last January 21, 2012 we attended Ultra-Magnetic Selling Seminar - Dramatically Increase your Sales and Income was held in SMX Convention Center Mall of Asia in Pasay City.  The speaker was Mr. John Calub, undisputed top salesman for six years in two different corporations. He pioneered web marketing in the Philippines, which is now a multi-billion industry.  He is also Founding Chairman of the Genius Creation Mastermind Alliance, a coaching organization that fosters the alignment of individuals to the universal laws of prosperity and abundance.  He is the co-producer and host of Success TV, the Philippines only personal development and success show.

         In this seminar we discuss the techniques in Professional Selling, Prospecting, Who are the qualifiers in selling, Handling Objections, techniques in closing sales, selling in a way that think of the customers first before yourself and the oath of how to increase your sales in 21 days.
