Why Does Juan Need to Invest in a Memorial Park, Or Juan owns One?
Setting the Standards In Memorialization
I had a meeting with officers of Greenhills and Calapan this morning at Calamba city and I asked them the main value proposition of a memorial park lot - why does one need a memorial park lot. They gave me such answers as lifetime investment, affordable, low dp, loanable. And I said no.
The main reason is that it is a memorial - when we are gone, the only thing that will remind us that we ever walked this earth, that we were mortal is that l x 2.5 piece of plot. Surely, we can not take house, money or car with us to death, but we need something to remind the world of our glorious and colorful life.
What could be a better way to remember you by with a lot in a memorial park or a tribute, or an obituary at you tube or slideshare, or daily motion.
That is why it called a memorial park lot.

The above shall be based in Rizal where salary scale is higher.
PROVINCIAL STAFF:
l. Customer service staff at following locations: Calamba, Oton and Calapan. Likes to be with people, with pleasant appearance and personality. Not afraid of the memorial business. Must be customer oriented.
2. Controller- knowledge of accounting, strong personality, patient and hardworking, determined easy to train.
For HO staff and Provincial staff, age limit is 29. and 4 years course, clearances, certificates of employment, surety required.

MANAGERS; Needed for Calamba and Oton.
Had a least 5 years suitable working experiences. Is passionate, determined and hard working. Can handled and lead people. Nor more than 40 years.

Pictures of Other Ornamental Plants Taken from Rockwell
Setting the Standards In Memorialization
I am posting for the benefit of everyone, to familiarize your good selves on the types of ornamental plants and to inspire everyone to work harder to plant more. 100 plants planted in a day is insignificant. Do more for less.
These pictures, together with our memo on landscaping on horticulture, will help us beautify our memorial parks and make our parks an attractive final destination. It is a must that we grow volume in our nursery and also plant volume.

Oton and Iloilo, Place for Good Food and Dining
Setting the Standards In Memorialization
One of the things you notice when you go to Iloilo is that there is plenty of good food to eat, especially sea food. The are unlimited number of places to go to eat. So it is not about all grieving when you are in Iloilo. It is about feasting and eating.
One of the reasons why my family went to Iloilo (aside from the cheap air fares of Cebu Pacific - tourist destinations owe Cebu Pacific a lot!!!) is I wanted them to have taste of seafoods in Iloilo like oysters at Allan's. A basketful of blanched oyster then was only 25 pesos.
FINE DINING AT ALLAN's
Allan's place is visited by diners from Iloilo City. I noticed that a lot of balikbayan visit his restaurant/eatery too. Food is good tasting and reasonably priced. They serve pork chops, grilled fish, squid, fish with soup etc. All yummy and delicious. Our food for 5 cost only P845.00 the last time we ate.
There are baked tahong (mussels) and oysters too. In Manila, some of these delicacies would cost 5x more.

FINE DINING AT EMILLON
Emillon is located at the Iloilo City Proper. Iloilo's One Hundred (the finest citizen) I think come here to eat good food. Food is delicious, service is excellent, but very pricey. Nice place to visit on the return trip
FREE BREAKFAST AT SARABIA MANOR HOTEL
Breakfast valued at P255.00@ at Sarabia Manor Hotel was free for the guest of the hotel. It did not taste good though but was filling.
But the talk of the town at Sarabia Hotel are their Japanese restaurant, and their other restaurant by the poolside. It was heavy traffic last Aug 27,2011, being a Saturday evening there. Hmm, dining there was something we missed. But we were at Emillon's at that time.
Hmm we can always come back for the next round of Cebu Pacific cheap plane fares. I think I should have a travel log.
