Meeting with a landowner for a possible memorial park

We met with a landowner today in a  restaurant in a Mandaluyong City mall.  Our agenda was their land in our town which could either be a memorial park (there is no more burial space) or a subdivision depending on the town planners approval.

We had a picture taking after a meal.  It so happened that one of the officers of the firm had her birthday today.  Happy birthday.
